Luxe rooms

Lokalizacja to jest mocny punkt. Blisko do sklepów, atrakcji, do dworca.

Nie było czysto. W kuchni brakowało sztućców, talerzy. Były tylko dwa kubki i dwie szklanki, ale żadnych sztućców i talerzyków.

Nous avions la chambre 3 avec 3 lits. Les lits étaient plutôt confortables. Très bon emplacement dans un environnement très calme. La salle de bain est privative, ce qui est très appréciable et la chambre est spacieuse. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes nuits.

Le lavabo était fissuré. Quelques tâches sur les chaises mais rien de rédhibitoire.

L’emplacement est parfait, avec le bus dans la rue. La chambre et grande, la literie confortable et le quartier calme.

De ligging ten aan zien van het centrum was goed aan te lopen.

De locatie was vies. In de douche hingen de haren van de vorige gasten. De smurrie zat in de doucheranden en het ventilatierooster zat vol met zichtbaar stof. Op de bodem lagen bij binnenkomst kruimels op de grond. In de kast lag een gebruikt servet of zoiets, we hebben het niet aangeraakt. Het geheel voelde als smerig.

We were looking for accommodation at short notice and "Luxe" rooms fell within budget and desired location but "luxe" it is NOT! The location is fantastic, close to amenities and public transport and in a lovely neighbourhood.

My daughter and I stayed in room 1 which is a twin room. Although the place has potential to be much better I can only comment on our experience which was disappointing. The room was not particularly clean - there is mould on the bathroom/shower ceiling and toilet paper stuffed in the skirting behind the bathroom sink - presumably to soak up a leak. It smelt funky. We were provided a bath towel each but no bathmat or tea towel. The room description on booking.com advertised 'free toiletries' however, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were ALL completely empty! There was handsoap on the bathroom sink and that's it! The kitchenette is not sufficiently equipped and had a strange collection of cutlery (no teaspoon, one fork etc) and no mugs or cups for coffee or tea. There was 2 of those little hotel coffee sticks, lots of tea bags and no milk. Not the 'end of the world' of course, but not the level of experience that was advertised or expected.
