Pas de rideaux, pas mal de bruits extérieurs

A beautiful house, extremely close to a lively part of Edinburgh. Had a small issue but Hanan the manager sorted it out and was extremely helpful. Would stay again.

Bathroom a bit small but the location more than made up for it.

There was an awful smell as soon as you walked in with dirty laundry left at the front door. The room also smelt and mildew was on the wall.

Everything was good we where in room 2 and it was really perfect nice clean good bed also a bath in the bathroom .and a little kitchen where we make our breakfast

There was a horrible (like raw sewage) smell. We contacted the property and was told the smell was due to a former renter breaking a fan in the bathroom and they apologized. Why was this problem not corrected before we arrived??? There was toilet paper stuffed in holes behind the sink. Wall paper peeling , Dirty carpet, window had to be oprn to sit smell: had to prop open with books and use an old stick (that was there for window) to make secure. Toilet was leaking at base. Door lock loose. Noisy, sheets not fitting bed, one towel each. I could go on and on. Owe stayed in 9 other properties during our trip, everyone was great. We stayed here our last two days in Scotland but it ruined our time in Edinburgh. I was sick from the methane smell and we were too afraid to light a candle to help smell for fear of the place blowing up, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! No parking either...

Room was very clean and well organized. And the land lord is very welcoming , he helps us all needs, thanks again

Buena ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo a unos 20 minutos andando del centro histórico de la ciudad. Dispone de nevera, microondas, un par de vasos, platos y cubiertos. Secador con buena potencia. También tiene plancha de ropa aunque no la usamos. Buen Wifi. El agua caliente del baño funciona perfectamente. El día anterior te envían las indicaciones para acceder a la vivienda, proceso sencillo. A nosotras nos tocó la habitación número 1, con dos camas individuales.

Baño muy pequeño pero funcional. Colchones finos y blandos, aunque dormimos perfectamente. Paredes finas pero tuvimos suerte con el resto de vecinos, ya que no hicieron mucho ruido. No tiene fregadero, por lo que hay que lavar en el lavabo del baño. Tampoco tiene utensilios de limpieza.

Easy check in. We were in quaint little room number one. Cosy Shower and toilet (cosy as in you can’t turn around)! Kitchenette with microwave and fridge, tea and coffee. Great location. Quiet. Great communication from owner Hanan. He even paid us a visit and surprised me with a birthday cake! Incredibly kind gesture.

Beds are very uncomfortable, you have to lay around the springs. Definitely need to upgrade those!! The room is very stuffy - it would good to air the room - either by replacing window with one that could be locked open a little. Noisy upstairs with creaky floor.
