Very well maintained newly renovated apartment

Inside the apartment was immaculate. Modern decor and the most well equipped apartment I’ve used. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. TV was excellent with Netflix so we could chill and watch a movie and as we are traveling for a month this was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this studio apartment. It’s about 25 minute walk to harbour or a longer but lovely walk along the sea front if you head for Radisson Blu and take a right along the sea front. There are lots of shops and restaurant’s over the road and a lidl 5-10 minutes walk.

Entrance isn’t great but don’t let that put you off. A full length mirror would be good between kitchen and settee.

Very clean and modern.

Our preferences were a good sea and shopping location, washing machine, kitchen, air conditioner. The vacuum cleaner was a plus. We are pleased with our stay very much.

I wanted to have a big mirror. There is only one in the bathroom.

Perfect Studio accommodation for a couple of nights in the city. It was clean, modern, with everything you need including toiletries, coffee etc. The owner kindly made the sofa bed up so myself and my friend could have a bed each and sent really clear check-in information. It took about 30 mins to walk to the city centre but we got the bus when checking out which was super easy as the bus stop is right outside the apartment. Really good value, especially in high season, and would stay again if in Split 😊

The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. From check-in to departure, the owner was willing to assist. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The TV with its swivel base was wonderful for movies from both the couch and the bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, unlike the other two rooms we stayed in Croatia. Additionally, there was a functional washer-dryer. The bathroom, albeit a bit narrow, was very functional. It's one of the few Airbnb places where you can use the shower with ease, without the risk of getting scalded or freezing.

The flat was lovely, exactly like it is shown in the images. All very modern and new! The owner was always happy and available to help with any questions we had also. The property has everything you would need (washing machine capsules/vacuum cleaner/shampoo etc!).

Nothing at all, it was perfect.
