Modern 4B3B 2 Balcony Penthouse 542Blvd404

It was perfect for my group of 4 and everyone was able to have their own personal space. The balcony was beautiful! I was worried about the street parking but there were spots available when we arrived.

My only disappointment was that the Queen mattresses were not all the same. The mattress in the master bedroom downstairs was VERY thin compared to the queen bed upstairs.

I felt as if the walls could have been cleaner, the location of the house could have been in a much better neighborhood. I absolutely disagreed with parking but other than that everything was a success.

Very spacious for my children and I. Host communicated the entire time to help our trip become more at ease. The view was very beautiful at night.

There were food splatters in one of the rooms on the walls. And a few dirty dishes previous renters maybe left or put back. Other than that the entire trip was amazing.
