1) We have a very strict NO-SMOKING & VAPING policy. Please, if you really need to smoke or vape, take a walk on the surrounding streets. Help us to keep the streets clean - collect the cigarette. Absolutely no drugs either. 2) No visitors. No unannounced guests. No parties. 3) Max occupancy is 4 guests (including kids and infants), no exceptions. All guests staying at the house needs to be added in the guests list. 4) No pets allowed. No Exceptions. 5) Communication is very important to us. If you have any question or concern just contact me. 6) Guests shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. 7) At check in, the responsible person of the booking should check-in (instructions to follow). If key and/or the access card is lost, there is a cost of RM200 to rekey the door.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Room was awesome. Everything was up to expectations. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Had a pleasant stay and the kids love it. Kudos to the cleaning staff who contacted us when we accidently left 1 of our kids hp. Really grateful for their honesty.. This home stay is highly recommended.

Its really good for family. There have mini playground for the kiddo .. and the swimming pool is just 2level below! The house is clean and comfy.
