"Location is very accessible to the North Shore. Very small place. Outside is a mess. No wifi."

Location is great.

No WiFi. The outside of the property is mess, with stuff everywhere. It’s so cluttered, we had literally search for the ‘real’ garbage can. Inside, the place is small — very small.
