4 Atlantic Crescent

The lodge was super clean and really lovely. We were so happy when we arrived to find such a lovely place. We will definitely be going back to stay again. The beds were lovely and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was immaculate and well looked after.

Location and pub

Front door didn’t work properly, shower door was broke. Previous leaks leaving stains in multiple places

It was big and spacious.

Firstly I was sent the wrong postcode by booking.com Kettle was broken and Coffee machine didn’t work! The front door has dropped and back door lock is damaged and needs looking at asap! I went to reception as we left to report the doors and they didn’t want to know. “Sales only” no mattress protection on all the beds nor the pillows which I thought was standard!

Key lock box for the key was a struggle to open, wasn't really large enough pans to be cooking for 4 people. And kettle only boiled if you held the switch down.

Well equipped, spacious and good location for exploring. It was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was a bonus.

Being high up and near Exmoor it was very windy at night. When we arrived the heating hadn’t switched on as the battery in the thermostat had fallen out. Once we got it working the place soon warmed up and it was very cosy.

Very clean, comfortable,cozy, everything we needed for our stay and only 2 min drive to illfracombe,would def book again.

Overall Lodge was Good, clean and very comfortable

Could do with a few more forks. Some lightbulbs needed replacing. A Welcome pack would have been nice. Dishwasher tips forward when opened as not secured to hosing unit. 2 big stains on hall carpet so not best first impression
