It’s location and the amenities. The kitchen was great except the stove top.

The stove top was temperamental . Some times it would work sometimes not.

"Excellent short stay at a convenient location in Kona."

Convenient location. Clear instructions on how to get the keys, etc. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - well-equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, etc.

Access to a swimming pool or hot tub would have been nice. Birds could be noisy at night - but the host provided ear plugs!
