"expect to call host and ask them to get ready... if not MIA the janitor went back home already"

The host changed the room due to uncleanliness to other apartment nearby nusajaya at no cost

they room should have been cleaned prior to 4pm check in. by the time we check in at 630pm we found that the room has not been cleaned with soil towel, bed sheet and floor is not moped, we have to wait until 720pm for the janitor to arrived which by that time we have already on the move to other apartment which has been replaced at host cost. And try to fix the broken microwave oven please...
