The location and views from the balcony are fantastic.

Everything in this apartment is old. The door and windows don't close properly. The beds are very uncomfortable. The apartment is advertised as having two bathrooms, while in reality it only has one. This was a big problem for a group of four adults and three children, especialy after coming back from the beach, when everybody had to shower. Also the hot water was running out very quickly.

The location is fantastic, offering proximity to many popular tourist destinations. The area is peaceful, with the sea right in front of you and surrounding mountains that help cool the air, preventing it from getting too hot. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, which is a great benefit during the summer. The apartment also has its own parking, a significant advantage. The balcony is spacious, providing a perfect spot to enjoy time with family or friends. The rooms are large, another excellent feature. The host couple was very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly and provided everything we needed. The house is spacious, making it ideal for large families and groups. You can easily reach the cities of Kotor, Budva, and Perast. A short 7-8 minute drive will take you to supermarkets, local markets, bakeries, and more. The beaches in front of the apartment are small but uncrowded, and the water is crystal clear.

The apartment is quite old. While the interior is in decent condition, the windows and doors, which are made of wood, are very outdated. Many of them are broken and don’t close properly, leading to security concerns and a lack of safety. The apartment definitely needs a thorough renovation. Being located right in front of the main road, the apartment is exposed to constant traffic noise. Due to its age and poor insulation, you can hear everything happening outside. Although the cleaning appeared satisfactory at first glance, the details were lacking, so it’s necessary to speak with the cleaning staff to improve this. The bathroom also requires renovation. The beds are of poor quality and uncomfortable. The mattresses are very thin, making it easy to feel the wooden structure of the bed. For better comfort, they definitely need to be replaced.

The hosts are very friendly and kind. The location is very nice, close to the sea and the beach. The house is very comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. Thanks so much 😊
