"Good location but apartment needs work and is noisy for the price"

It is located within Eden on the Bay -near shops and beach

The apartment is very noisy - there is a communal bin outside the apartment window which is moved often and very loud. The apartment is right by the stairway so again lots of noise. The apartment is also not well insulated so you can hear the people next door as the bathroom seems to have an adjoining air vent. I could smell weed being smoked coming through the vent and let the owner know. The bath plug stopper didn’t work and I told the host but it wasn’t fixed so I couldn’t use the bath The couch is so hard that I had to put cushions and duvet on it to make it ok to sit on.
