Very clean room, excellent bed, water and fridge in room. Nice towels, plenty of hot water. Complimentary, albeit basic, breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Only drawback was that the stairs are steep, with, in places, no handrail. One of our party has a slight mobility issue, and found the stairs challenging. We were on 2nd floor and there is no lift.
