MYGood location. Around 1km to waterfront and Philippine market. Just same building as imago mall. 1 Queen bed and 1 couch possible can fit 3 adults. The balcony was nice and it shares same floor as the pool. You can just walk from your balcony to the pool. The bed were comfortable. Has netflix, YouTube, and the WiFi was good. Complete kitchen amenities as well.
The walls, door paint were dirty. The floor tiles were broken and could come up anytime. Better to wear slippers inside. I could see they host have tried replace some tiles, maybe the overall tiles have problem. The bathroom had a weird smell, I'm not sure if it's the air fragrance. The couch was too thin. The towel had some stains and the bed sheets had hair strands.
