Live By the Sea 206 Saratoga

The apartment had a very strong smell of incense. I tried to air it out for 3 days but the smell did not improve. The quality of the bedding and finishes are very poor.

The location.

Broken blinds, quality of the bedding, no placement rack in the shower, dirty windows, stained mirrors in the lounge, no DSTV or Netflix, and definitely overpriced for what it is.

Ease of getting around, walkable ability to get to the restaurants and beaches. We loved Mojo Market 😃 & Bootleggers coffee shop and the beachfront all walkable.

Maybe not being able to check-in a little earlier than our original time.

Central and very safe. Rooms and kitchen was nice and cosy with a noce small lounge.

The toilet felt uncomfortable. The dirty mop and broom stands next to the toilet. The toilet roll holder doesn't hold. When we arrived the drinking glasses 1 was chipped and then there was limited glasses. I asked for the rooms to be cleaned and they only got to it past 3pm in the afternoon. It's pricey I would have expected more.

The location, near restaurants and 2 blocks from the promenade.

The place was cold, the extra throw was dirty and stained. No heating system at all, The kitchen cupboard had an absent glass panel, which was put to rhe side, looked like maintenance wasn't up to scratch.

The location is great as you have access to beaches, great restaurants and not far from city center.

Power cuts. Wish there was backup power for times when power was out.
