Clean, comfy and very well equipped

A beautiful and impeccably clean little cottage in the heart of Whitby. Really comfortable beds and pillows and I loved the added comfort of the electric blankets. Lovely little touches too like molten brown toiletries and a welcome hamper on arrival. The little enclosed garden was also very pretty. Highly recommended.

The parking is very limited in Whitby, although that is no detriment to the property. Maybe a little warning about the amount of steep steps up to the cottage might be helpful for people with limited mobility. The cottage itself is faultless. I would stay here again

Sofa was a little small & uncomfortable but with space at a premium it would be hard to find something more suitable.

Voyagers’ View has it all. It’s truly magical. What we particularly loved is that it’s very clear that the owners, Rupert & Chloe stay here very regularly so it really feels like a home from home. From the moment you arrive - the house (and garden!) is beautifully illuminated and the heating is on to make you feel immediately embraced by comfort. There is simply the best Welcome Basket - thoughtfully chosen tea/biscuits/cake/crisps from Whitby itself and Nespresso coffee pods also provided. There was even milk so we could have a cuppa straight away! The thoughtful touches and luxury abound everywhere. The kitchen has every conceivable utensil and equipped with everything else you need so other than food we didn’t have to buy any other essentials. The two bathrooms are equipped with the full Molton Brown experience - hand soap and lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds and pillows and fabulously comfortable - we like that there are soft and harder pillows for choice and both slept exceptionally well! A real highlight is the views over the harbour beautiful from every room. And for our dogs - the enclosed garden, what a thing to have in Whitby old town. A simply wonderful experience and a real step above all other places we have stayed. We can’t recommend it enough.

We only booked for 2 nights and wished we’d made it longer! We will deffo come back in the summer to enjoy the garden even more - we’ve attached some photos we took of it in the snow.

What we like was the view from the bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. The cleanliness was exceptional. One bed was very comfy and clean. It's a gorgeous quaint cottage.

One bed was extremely uncomfortable (too hard + pillows. Very steep and too many steps to the cottage..The glass table in the living area, it was way too big! One bed was very hard so we're the pillows. The rope around the bannister was tricky..
