"Spacious and comfortable room in the heart of Las Vegas"

Spacious and comfortable room in the heart of Vegas just behind the MGM Grand. Well-equipped room and easy-access to the city. Valet parking service was the best I have ever seen !

Not the hotel's fault but Vegas is much too expensive and the stores offer little choice other than fast foods and tourist items.

Location was convenient for MGM Grand. Everything worked. It was very quiet.

No bottle opener provided and host did not offer to provide one, even though it would cost only a few dollars.

Security guards at elevator are very warm and professional.

The first arrive is very confusing because the car unable to drive in for registration all people are waiting on the car for Valet parking. Yes for Valet parking. Registration is ok. if you be able to walk in. But people drive and waiting on the car line do not know what's going on. Valet parking block every car out of the entrance just for them to put you car away. No one explain that you can drive through for 5 min and get registered and park in the MGM grand self parking. Simple is that! They want making more tips! Second is front desk only give one key and create inconvenience. If book through 3rd party and private owned, front desk got to tell us what exactly what is their responsivities and they told us the private owner may have contact number in the room and discourage us to come to them if there is any issues in case of air conditions or toilet would not flow. Regarding the room issues: 1. The air condition pretty much does not work. The hall way is cooler than room no matter how you set up thermo in the room. 2. The toilet does not flow well and have to ask around how to get help. 3. The mattress is horrible. It is very soft and uncomfortable. 4. We requested second key few days stay later and first key no longer works. So the system only allowed to have one key look like. 5. No service and communication. The owner keep sending us email with unreadable email format. Not sure what it is saying. 6. The first day we use the valet parking and we tried to get car in the morning and waited for more than 30 minute to get car. At that time they told us we have choice to park the car at self parking. The valet parking employee should be reorganized and manager should be fired.
