it a great place to be, wit the shared pool, and yet, everybody has his own apartment with AC. 500m to the several beaches of Cala St Vincent, just awesome!

the only thing that was a little annoying was some of the neighbors in other apartment that complained about the noise, in particular the noise of the door bell and the doors when closing. If you could find a way so that the doors do not slam so hard, it would be better for everybody in terms of noise reduction.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the flat. I got the keys from a lockbox in front of the door, very easily. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The flat was clean, with fresh towels on the bed and a cleaning kit in the kitchen. The view of the pool and trees from the stairs was breathtaking, especially when I arrived. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, as it was only a short walk to Cala Clara, Cala Barques, Cala Cairo and Cala Molins.

The bedrooms and bathroom are poorly lit. It wasn't a big problem, but a bit uncomfortable.

It is close to a nice beach, shops. The swimming pool is quite big with many sunbeds and the view on mountains is very impressive. Beds are comfortable. There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines.
