Great location for our needs. Very good to have a private parking space. Clean and tidy inside.

Smells damp/musty especially in the kitchen wall units. Hot water from kitchen sink very slow.

We never met the Host and there was no requirement to, however we did message each other and he was helpful with a request for early arrival/check in. The door code entry was well explained and made entry into the Apartment very easy. The Apartment was everything as detailed on the Booking.com Site. It was spacious, clean, comfortable had everything needed with plenty of additional information within the property. It was in a good location within 5 minutes of Swanage Town Centre and Beach. A slight uphill climb going back to the property. Their is a Pub just around the corner The Black Swan which is excellent for good value well cooked food. All in all an excellent place to stay whether a short break such as ours or a two week Holiday.

No reflection on the property but be aware when using your Vehicle's Sat Nav it may not recognise the one way system from the Railway Station. Turn Left at the Railway Station along Institute Road then straight across to Stafford Road then it should pick up the route.

Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Parking. Lots of wardrobe / drawer/ storage space. Comfy lounge. Hooks in hallway for coats. Spacious shower.

Hot water in bathroom sink very slow running. 2 steps from bedroom to hall - could be a problem in the night for elderly or disabled person.

excellent location just a short stroll to the town, beaches, restaurants, pubs, etc. Close to train and bus station. Property was clean and had everything you need. Parking was a bonus. Overall would highly recommend this property.
