The owner / manager were excellent, very friendly and very responsive. The air conditioner in our room stopped working and they purchased a new unit and the owner had it replaced on the same day. Great location and great people operating this accommodation - I will definitely stay their again

"Convenient for Palermo Airport"

The location was very convenient for our flight the next day. The room was comfortable.

The check in was a little confusing. If you don't understand Italian, it might be complicated. English is not really a spoken language. Parking is outside the premises although just in front.

Location is fantastic - especially if you need a place with parking. Seconds from the beach and only and couple of minutes walk to the old town and train station.

Shower needed better cleaning otherwise the place was spotless
