"Basic apartment in good location"

Good location to visit Kotor/Perast. The apartment has one bedroom and the possibility to sleep also in the living/dining room. It also has a parking spot. The owners were very nice.
The apartment is quite basic and in need of renovation. It is quite worned out (for example, the handles of many doors come off easily) and it is not possible to close the shutters of the living room (they were stuck). The WiFi signal is not very strong. We didn't like the fact that the apartment was not very clean.
