Deluxe Spa 24th floor Signature Studio with Mountain View

We have to check out early 1 day because the mattress was sagging and make us hurt our back, can’t sleep, can’t hold for another night, so we check out early, the door touch the floor so every time we open and close, it make very loud noise like everyone on the same floor will hear us open and close the door.

The room was clean and comfortable. The second shift staff was very nice and helpful, unlike the morning staff. David was very helpful!

The staff when we first arrived were kind of rude. When we went to confirm our room, they said our booking was for the next day, but I had a confirmation. The guy at the front did not say that it will show us booked for the day after 3pm, so I was freaking out until we talked to someone at booking.com. The pools close super early, at 5 or 6 at the signature.

The place was clean quiet no smell of cigarretes i loved that the casino was close the fact that you can use mgm pool was a plus close to everything employees were super helpful will come back again

The parking lot lacks signs, and the staff is aggressive. They don't entertain any questions. Also, the bathtub is too high, which made all of us brush poorly. When I called the property to discuss the issues, their staff was impolite and unhelpful. My suggestion is to avoid staying here since there are plenty of hotels in Vegas to choose from.
