Beach Side complex B23 1 Bed 1 Bath w/Heated Pool

Great set up, nice large king bed and ample amenities. Not a lot of silverware or towels but enough for just the two of us. Communication was very good, nice display inside with instructions and information. Using keypad was great, no key to keep track of, very close to one of the pools and a short walk to the other/beach access.

The bedroom was noisy due to traffic, location not ideal, couch was very itchy and had some issues with dishwasher and disposal. Used beach chairs but there was no umbrella for shade. Tub was very slick and had no mat, was concerned about slipping. Only 2 beach towels and wash clothes had bleach stains.

It was like sleeping on the side of the road.It was so noisy and the beach was so far away.Like a two mile hike

The ramp to the beach was great and there were two nice pools.The apartment was clean and cofortable. Our host told us everything ahead so we were quite.prepared. We were conveniently located near restaurants but not really within walking distance.

The gate would not open to the property. Another guest let me in with their card because the code did not work. I wish we could have found a free bike to ride but they must have all been in use. Abrochure about the bikes inside the apartment would be helpful.

Very clean. Very convenient. Comfortable bed. Great value. Todd was very nice and accommodating. I would have no reservations recommending Todd’s units.

Could use a few updates. One barstool in poor structural condition. The drain plug for the sink in bathroom was not attached to the pull. Door from bedroom to bathroom would not open but for us it wasn’t a major problem and Todd offered to come in and repair it. Overall though I would have no problem recommending Todd’s units
