The chalet was clean and exactly as pictured. We used it for a base for touring Devon Coast. Local supermarket and petrol station.

It was not advertised that the chalet had an electric meter. If it wasn't from seeing another apartments feedback on the same site regarding a meter, we would have arrived without any pound coins and no electricity for the night. We spent apx £20 for 3 days and we was out for most of it. No update on bookings.com platform regarding my booking. Not really much to do in the area and nothing on site.

Very clean, organized, and cosy chalet. Well-located, near supermarkets and the city centre.

We had a minor issue with the shower; it was blocked, forming a swimming pool that leaked outside of the shower. Also, please consider bringing coins with you to top up the electricity. I don't recall seeing this information when I booked. I just received a message after the payment stating that we are responsible for adding credit to have electricity and gas. So it cost me an additional £20 on top of the rate.

Lovely chalet, well equipped, comfy bed in master bedroom, lovely shower. Clean and well looked after little place.

Next time I'd stay in town as we spent a fair bit on taxis. But for the money, this location was the best you can get on budget. You also need a fair stock of pound coins for the power meter.
