I arrived earlier to Bicester than expected, and after a call to the team, they allowed to check in early 😊. Booked here to meet my friend as Bicester is halfway meeting point, perfect for what we needed (catch up, wine and food!) Beautiful house, added bonus of a garden and seating area which we fully utilised as the weather was good! Great location, Tesco express and a couple of takeaways, only a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again, thank you

"Absolutely a very bad apartment to stay, wish I have never booked this place"

This was the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It was small, dirty, and poorly maintained, with numerous unresolved maintenance issues. The deposit rules were ridiculous, with excessive regulations. Despite a promise by them to refund the deposit within 14 days of check out, I received nothing after 14 days even I did contacted them, I got no reply back. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience. Blacklisted.
