"Good for an overnight stay"

It was in a good location for our visit to Oakham, Gates Garden Centre & Hambleton Bakery. The cottage was lovely & warm. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms and we would book again when visiting the area.

Would benefit from some better quality bedding.

"A home from home"

The location was perfect and comfortable for a family of 5. Amenities was perfect. Cleanliness was great. Had tvs in all rooms so everyone was entertained. Plenty of space. Parking right outside.8mins to do a big shop. Pub a 3min walk. Lovely pretty and peaceful village. It's just off main route so perfect. We will be back for sure.

"A very pleasant, comfortable place to stay, well equipped."

There was a nice welcome pack... bread, butter, milk, biscuits. Everywhere was nice and clean and modern. Useful information folder with details about the cottage and the area.

The lack of a handrail up the stairs. The bedside 'tables' were modern but not very practical.
