Comfy 2 Bedroom Apartment in Central Manchester, Pool Table and PS4

Complaint Regarding Our Stay I would like to formally complain about the condition of the apartment and the poor level of service we received during our stay. Upon arrival, we spent approximately 30–40 minutes trying to locate the lockbox containing the keys, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. Once inside, we discovered several issues with the apartment and its advertised amenities: *The clock in the living space only has one hand and the clock in the kitchen wasn't working either. * The TV would not connect to the Wi-Fi. * The PlayStation could not be used because the necessary charging cables were missing. * The PlayStation was not signed into the network, making it unusable even after obtaining cables. * As a result, I had to use my personal mobile hotspot throughout the weekend. * We had expected to use the TV and PlayStation and therefore did not bring a speaker, assuming the apartment would provide the advertised entertainment facilities. We contacted the property management several times regarding these issues. Unfortunately, we were passed between four different members of staff, all of whom provided excuses rather than solutions. In addition, despite there being five guests staying in the apartment, the representative only provided: One hand towel four wash towel. This was clearly inadequate for the number of guests and did not address our needs. A maintenance representative was eventually arranged to visit the following day at 9:00 a.m. However, he did not arrive until after 11:00 a.m. When he did arrive, he brought the wrong cables, meaning the visit did not resolve the issue and wasted more of our time. He gave us 1 wash towel 1 hand towel and 1 set of bedding. We also encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues: * The flooring is not secure and deteriorating in places, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe to walk on barefoot. * One of the pool cues was broken at the tip.

La experiencia ha sido muy negativa desde el primer momento y el alojamiento no se corresponde en absoluto con lo anunciado en Booking. El estado general del apartamento es muy deficiente: encontramos suciedad generalizada, manchas en paredes y superficies, presencia de moho, baño y cocina en mal estado y claros signos de falta de mantenimiento. El mobiliario está muy deteriorado; en particular, el sofá no es el mismo que aparece en las fotos del anuncio y se encuentra hundido y en tan mal estado que uno de los huéspedes no pudo utilizarlo para dormir. Los colchones también están vencidos, lo que hace muy difícil descansar mínimamente. Además, el check-in fue caótico. No pudimos entrar hasta varias horas después de la hora máxima de entrada acordada, ya que los anteriores huéspedes no habían abandonado el apartamento. Al llegar, dejaron sus pertenencias en la puerta, lo que generó una situación muy incómoda y una sensación de desorganización total. Viajábamos con tres niños, y el alojamiento no es apto para familias, ni por higiene, ni por estado, ni por seguridad. Desde el mismo momento de la entrada solicitamos abandonar el apartamento y el reembolso para poder buscar otra alternativa, ya que las condiciones eran claramente inaceptables, pero el propietario se negó, ofreciendo únicamente una compensación mínima insuficiente. En resumen, una estancia muy decepcionante, con una gran diferencia entre lo anunciado y la realidad, y una gestión por parte del propietario que empeoró aún más la experiencia. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún concepto.

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Pool table was perfect entertainment for the children. Thank you

Everything was amazing. The set up of the apartment to the experience just staying there. And everything it offered. My personal favourite was the multi purpose table. Where you eat dinner can also turn into a game of pool or table tennis. It was a very nice touch to add and really helped this stay stand out from any other I’ve had. The location of this stay was also very good as it didn’t take no time to get into town. Whether by walking, public transport or car. Sid the host was also very responsive which always helps. It’s a smart TV in the living room area which also has a PS4. Again something to stand out from the rest. If you enjoy Spotify you’re welcome as I’ve installed it and what a game changer it is to be able to play your playlist directly on the TV big screen ! The kitchen also packs a punch, lots of utensils that I needed to help cook and there was even tinfoil and clingfilm !!!! The dishwasher was a nice surprise for me to help with dealing the aftermath of cooking up a storm. Overall it was a nice cheerful stay and I’m happy I found it!!
