Lovely 3 Dbl Bed (sleeps upto 6) close to centre.

The decor was well thought out, the rooms smelt nice, it was very clean, the bedrooms were as described with plenty of room, the extra touches like toiletries, snacks, the varied and nicely presented tea and coffee cakes, biscuits and sweets were great and really did show the host had really thought about whst their guests would appreciate. The towels were clean and the bedding immaculate. The kitchen equipment was all functioning and adequate for a short to medium stay. The furniture was in good repair and comfortable and the property felt secure and the private gated parking added safety. It was very quiet at night and we all slept well. The colour scheme was pleasantly neutral with lots of soft furnishing features which gave it a homely feel. It is only 2 miles from the Emirates stadium which was the reason for our stay. There are a few local shops around within walking distance for basics like milk and bread etc. The instructions given to us for our self check in and check out were easy to follow. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Not the property owners fault but the road that leads up to the property is more of an off roading experience than we expected with lots of large holes . There are a few things that could be spruced up a bit such as the flooring was loose in places, not to a dangerous level, more aesthetically made it look in need of repair. The bathroom ceiling needs to be treated and repainted as there looks like there has been a leak from above? The bathroom sink which is perfectly usable could do with replacing as its cracked and the repair is very obvious. The kitchen has plentiful cupboards and utensils, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer, oven, fridge freezer, Dishwasher and washer dryer all if which were very clean and in good repair and included all necessary cleaning products, however the work tops did have some bits of the laminate missing from them which made the kitchen look a bit worn out. The only addition as far as added extras are concerned would maybe a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice touch.

Very clean, had everything we needed - even snacks!!!! Very easy to get into town and out with Uber and was on the bus route as well. Parking was secure and the property was lovely!

Location directly around the apartment was not the best but did not affect our stay at all. I wouldn't have walked around it at night by myself but was very happy as a family group.

La ubicación muy buena, todo limpio, el sitio es muy acogedor. A tener en cuenta que ponen la calefacción a tope y hace calor, pero se pueden apagar los radiadores de forma fácil.

Falta de perchas en el baño, pero por poner un pequeño pero.

Great communication, lovely facilities, good sized, clean and comfortable rooms and comfortable furniture. We appreciated the little extras and as it is so close to our local family we will definitely consider it when in the area again.

The heavy doors didn't stay open with the door stops which is a hazard with a small child requiring extra vigilance.

Great location and well equipped for any stay. Secure parking behind automatic gates and CCTV is an added security bonus. Great communications also.
