The accommodation is excellent and very well equipped. It has everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, everything is nearby (bakery, beach, supermarkets). Stella and Thanasis are very kind and they take care to the smallest detail, just impressive! Real hosts with passion about hospitality. I will definitely come back and spend again a wonderful vacation here.

we had a wonderful stay in the apartment. the rooms are exactly like the photos. the hosts are very kind and welcoming. there was good wifi and was filled with basic necessities, also the apartment was very clean. the beach is very close and there super markets close by. the room is cool perfect for summer days.

We stayed at Niki House 2 and had a pleasant experience overall. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. One nice gesture that stood out was when the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on the first day, they made pancakes for us the next morning as an apology — really thoughtful and appreciated!

The apartment was quite small for three people. To go from the bedroom to the bathroom, you had to pass through another person’s sleeping area, which was inconvenient and would wake others up at night. Also, the bathroom door was a folding type (harmonica-style), and unfortunately, smells from the bathroom could be felt in the room.

Niki's house 2 is just perfect place to stay!!! 🙏 Best location in the center of Agija Triada, very close to the sea - 2 min walk, restaurants, markets, bakery's, souvenirs shop, bus stop for Thessaloniki in front of house. Place is very clean with just everything that you need for living (iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets...in kitchen just everything: toster, kettler, plates and pots, salt, papper, napkins, oil, shampoo for dishes....everything 🙏🤗). Above all, very big and nice terrace where we had all our dinners and breakfasts, very much kids and birds friendly). Apartment was very cool and we didn't use air condition even though that outside was very hot. Last but not least and maybe the most important host Stella was so kind and nice that we felt like at home -like family. She let us to check in very, very early in the morning and late afternoon to check out. She made for us great apple pie and gave present to my daughter. Thank you Stella for all, see you next year ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was great.

The bus stop was near, so was the beach and 2 small supermarkets, plus a bakery, and many restaurants.

The toilet is too small too low no handles to lift yourself up. No TV. no stove. serious problem with the internet very unstable, sometimes all day, so I had to go to another hotel to use the WiFi.

Spacious place with a comfortable bathroom and a nice kitchen. Big fridge. Paper towels, soap and shampoo available. Good air conditioner, conveniently located, so it does not blow at you when you sleep. Good-quality Wi-Fi. Altogether, suitable for a longer stay.

Very noisy bathroom door, which is inconvenient at night. Bed mattresses are quite hard.
