Ne-a placut foarte mult amplasarea apartamentului, faptul ca avea o curte intima si ingrijta cu gazon, flori, arbusti, mobilier de gradina, unde puteai sa te bucuri de savoare unei cafele dimineata. Apartamentul foarte bine dotat, frumos amenajat, ne-a oferit exact confortul de care aveam nevoie. Vom reveni cu siguranta pentru ca ne-am simtit foarte bine.

Praful care se ridica in parcare cu zgura pe jos, fiind inca un santier langa imobil si un depozit de materiale, zgomotul era uneori deranjant pe parcursul zilei. Mai mare atentie la curatenia paianjenilor si panzelor de pe pereti.
