The property was very near downtown tblisi and nina was kind. There was almost everything we needed for the cheap rental it is a good location.

The dishwashing tray was a bit dirty (better to change or clean it more). They didn’t have shoe rack as well. Our shoes were scattered on the floor. Also there is no bidet (big factor to be considered for tourists esp people from asia and middle east). Other than that everything was good.

"The most perfect accommodation in Tblisi."

Location was absolutely amazing. Tons of dining places and stores are around and several tourist spots are in a walkable distance from the apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and warm and the owner was the sweetest, she made sure that for us this stay was nothing less but perfect.
