L’appartement est très soigné, décoré avec goût et l’accueil chaleureux de Hugo a rendu ce séjour parfait. Ses conseils de sites à visiter, de moyens de transports à privilégier ainsi que les recommandations de restaurants ont également été fort appréciés. Le logement est facile d’accès, calme et très bien centré pour découvrir Funchal à pied et servir de base pour la découverte de l’île.

The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and our host Hugo was just fantastic, he was so helpful with the airport transport and maps of the island - our welcome basket was delicious too. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending this property to anyone thinking about visiting Madeira, it's a stunning island and this property just made our holiday perfect!

We had a lovely time at Casa Da Avó Clementina Nº 30. We were welcomed by Hugo at the airport, even though we arrived late in the evening. In the accommodation, we were offered a huge welcome basket, which was much appreciated. The accommodation's design is amazing and it is extremely well equipped. Hugo explained us a lot about Madeira and Funchal, which was great. Communication with him before and during the stay was top notch. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Funchal, not only because of the great location but also the great host! Thanks, Hugo!

Plenty of space. 2 good showers. Very comfortable bed. Very good facilities. Lovely welcome pack and gift. Very kind host. Perfect location.

We absolutely loved our stay at #30. The apartment has a very modern, efficient design which fit our needs perfectly. It was just the two of us, but the place could easily have fit a family of four or two couples. The small courtyard in the middle of the unit lets in tons of light and air. Hugo is a wonderful host - going the extra mile to help get us settled and acclimated to the neighborhood. We loved that we were close to everything yet also living in a quiet residential area. The unit was so perfect that we extended our stay in Funchal and booked #32 for later in our trip. Thanks Hugo!

The unit truly offered everything we needed and expected. I think the only think my husband missed was a Nespresso coffee machine, but that is hardly a reason to not rent this place

We loved everything about our stay! The house is very beautiful, stylish, spacious, and perfectly located. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Hugo is an amazing host – he picked us up from the airport, welcomed us with a basket of delicious local products, and gave us a detailed map of Madeira with wonderful recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Special thanks for the advice about the local cheese and fruit shops – it was fantastic. Highly recommended ☺️

Excellent location - easy waiking distance to the old and new town. Very comfortable large bed, good water pressure for an excellent shower Hugo picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was a real bonus

Although there was a coffee maker we would have much preferred an expresso / pod machine.
