Had to book last minute as previous property we booked turned out to be a scam. Host was very helpful with information regarding access. Nice quiet area with easy taxi access to the city centre. Property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were nice and comfy, I slept like a log. The garden was an added bonus.

Reasonable selection of cooking utensils however no hoover.

Location concerned me parking our work vans over night. T.V was difficult to use. An updated smart tv would benefit this property as well as a refurb.

There was no bin in the toliet kitchen cupboards needed bit more cleaning Twin beds in the same room were to small

Sour milk in the fridge. Cider bottles in the bathroom. Lumpy beds. Heating too high. Black mold in bathroom silicone seals. Dirty cups left out. Toiletries were empty.

There was no breakfast or extra welcome treats, was just a basic let. We only stayed the one night and left the home and area by the 10am check out time so did not try out any of the facilities. Everything was clean and tidy. Living room was very spacious.

Everything was okay. I felt the beds were a bit small, but I am used to sleeping in a double bed and these were all single beds.

Location was excellent for visiting family living in the area. House was very clean. Tea, coffee, milk abd sugar available in the kitchen. Easy access as used keyboard system Dedicated parking space.
