The room and hostess were perfect. Neat and exactly like the pics. Cynthia was extremely accommodating. The views were lovely too. Definitely my new place for that location when visiting.

Everything was perfect, it was the exact same expectation in the pictures and the hospitality was excellent, will definitely book again in the future

"It meet my expectation except for the absence of the heater."

The room is nice and clean plus bedding is good.

Cape town is cold. I would have loved to have a heater in the room.

Very clean, good location, staff was very nice.

The shower didn't have hot water, or it would be hot for a few minutes then it's icy cold.
