Extremely noisy, day and night. Not from outside, but from inside the hotel: from next door rooms to the reception desk. All hard surfaces and no noise insulation

Easily accessible place in Darjeeling. Staff were well friendly and well mannered. The staff did help us with a lot of our travel arrangements. Wifi was available.

Rooms facilities could have been better, like an electric kettle, tea bags etc. We did not get a room with any view.

Close to train station. A newer hotel. Pravesh, the owner, was a very nice, hospitable gentleman.

Water lacking for several hours first afternoon. Room felt damp. Mildew on bedding. Couldn't get warm. Second day no electricity.
