The location is excellent! Most of the attractions were just a short walk away, which made sightseeing really easy. The room was clean and came with a private bathroom. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick to respond via chat. I also asked if there were an iron available before check in (found out that it's available and can be found at shared common area) and found it already in the room, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip.

Water heater is noisy a little

Location is superb, walking distance to main attractions and famous foodies. Great place to stay for exploring the old and heritage side of Georgetown.

The toilet is extremely small, with the toilet and shower areas at one same place. Not used to it when first day of stay. The basin is so small and low height, along with the toothpaste rack positioned too close, which u can easily bump into it while using the sink. A little upgrade on the washroom would be great and would make the whole room perfect.

Good size room, location great, fairly quiet.

Had a good stay overall but you can hear everything that happens in the hallway so if other guests are noisy - you can hear it. And can hear noise from the outside too. We didn’t mind too much about that - more concerning was on the last night there was a really bad smell in the bathroom & room which kinda ruined our stay.

Location location location. Lots of options to eat nearby. The owner was nice and the room was clean. I'd say it might be what you are looking for if you want to be right at the center for some sightseeing

Unfortunately our room was the closest to the street so even if there was no window at all, we still woke up with the street noise before 7 am. There was also a not so nice odor coming from the bathroom..
