Very spacious apartment where you can find anything you might need to the smalest details. Just few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Perfect location. Exceptional cleaning. Lovely lady showed us everything. Very higly recomend.

Good communication with owner, who was always so helpful and nice, apartment was clean and good furnished, great bed, there was everything what we need

Upstairs neighbor moved furnitures loudly many times but luckily only during daytime and nobody can’t influence to neighbors

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was relatively clean, though there was a bit of sand left over, but we managed that ourselves. It was well-equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was convenient. The air conditioning in both bedrooms is a big plus and will definitely come in handy on warmer days.

One of the less convenient aspects was the parking situation. Although the parking is private, we had to call the parking attendant an hour before we wanted to move the car. Unfortunately, one that day, it turned out that he wasn’t in Terracina. After contacting the owner and waiting a bit, we managed to resolve the issue and leave, though the situation was a bit stressful. It must be admitted, however, that the owner efficiently dealt with this complication, which is a plus. If you're looking for total silence, this apartment may not be ideal for you. There is a doctor's office on the lower floor, so you can hear people coughing and talking loudly in the morning. This didn't bother us, but I know it may be important information for some.
