The property was mainly very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The layout of the property worked well for us, with one bedroom downstairs plus a shower room. Upstairs there were two more bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bedding was clean. There was no smell of damp, which can happen in chalet-type properties. The site was very well kept. There is a pool which we didn't use, and we noticed a large laundrette.

We were unable to access the internet, despite the property information stating that it was free. There was no information available to guide us on how to access it. There was no hair dryer, which was annoying as we had explicitly travelled for a party and I had checked this in the information. I was cross about this. The sofas were very comfortable, but they were rather stained and could do with replacement or at least a couple of throws on them. An assumption was made regarding the beds that all we needed was a double and a single. There were three of us: my daughter, my granddaughter, and I. We needed our own beds, so I slept without proper bedding. Thankfully, I had taken my own silk pillow case. I don't recall being asked how many beds we needed, I assumed they would all be made up.

The location was great, the accommodation was good, comfy beds and all amenities. The holiday park was lovely and quiet.

I booked privately through booking.com and didn't realise that we were staying on a holiday park, after liaising with the owner, I was told that the key would be in a lock box next to the front door and we could get in at 3 pm, unfortunately upon arrival we were told that we couldn't get in until after 4 pm. We then had to make our own beds, which only took a few minutes, but not what I wanted to do after a 7 and a half hour journey haha, we then discovered that no towels were available, these could be hired at a price of £15, but they would have to be ordered 24 hours before they could be given to us, we popped down to Asda and bought our own, if we had known this we would have brought our own. These were the only hiccups and didn't distract from our fab holiday. .

Lovely place and a 5 minute drive to the shops. The beach near by is beautiful 😍

The mattress in the bottom bedroom is Springie that digs in to you while sleeping and the cooker doesn't work just the grill

Rooms were big and location was good.

The cleaning staff left dirty towels and mats on the sofa before our stay. No hot water.

It was quiet and private.

Bathrooms were not very clean. Sofas had big stains on them. The table was dirty also. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves everything. The beds didn't have the bedding sheets on the same for pillows and duvets. Hot water finished after a round of dishes and a hot bath. TV wasn't working, and even after reporting it, nothing changed. Pool water was cold.
