Great location , beautiful beach a short walk away , easy parking,

Host was unhelpful with the issues experienced and ruined the holiday completely

It was a wonderful place and perfect for a coastal getaway even in winter.

We really did love it, just maybe needs a lick of paint on the skirting boards, a bit of extra clean in those areas and bathroom corners.

Everything was absolutely fine apart from the living room furniture as the dining room table and chairs and settee and also coffee table needed an update .

Awesome location, so close to the beach and down a quiet little road. Plenty of parking. Wi-fi had been reset since an earlier review and worked a treat. Beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the shed had a lot of bonus extra bits and bobs like deck chairs and body boards. I did see an earlier review about the unkempt outside space, it was basic but I given the property is basically built into the sand dune the sand everywhere was no surprise and growing anything more than a bit of rough grass is clearly a challenge. The neighbours were also friendly and welcoming.

Single bedroom had a cabin bed. It was just described as a single. The plan was for my 84 year old mother to have that room, so the plan had to change which wasn't ideal. Maybe update the description? The shower flooded while we were there, we called it in one evening, not surprised the company didn't send a plumber that night but they didn't do anything until we chased the next day which was disappointing. The plumber did turn up eventually and fixed the leak but it then needed to dry overnight so 36 hours without a shower all together. Could have been 24 if they'd got on to it at 9am. Bedding and towels included but no bath mat or tea towel. I had thought to bring a tea towel but a bath mat would have been really nice.

Location is amazing right on the beach. Everything in the property that you would need.

Couldn’t get wifi to work.

The setting and the weather were lovely. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and outbuildings well stocked,

The garden was not secure for dogs, I had to use the bins to provide fencing. Wifi, totally non existent! Sand underneath all the furniture, clearly not been hoovered for some time, Lots of personal affects and draws in lounge full of junk, Shower curtain covered in mould and dirt and flooded bathroom, shower panel has obviously not been replaced! Putting the lights on in the evening caused the electricity to trip! Standing on a chair to reset the fuse box was not what I expected whilst "on holiday " There were no extra channels on the TV as indicated in the details The cooker was great the hob couldn't have been more complicated... The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and the outside bench was too unsafe to sit on.. We contacted host and stay several times whilst we were there, but nothing was rectified during our stay! Considering the price,was definitely not value for money and I was only offered a 20% refund for all the problems we encountered, will not be returning!!
