The property is very close to Gatlinburg is just a couple minutes drive. the house is very big and has a lot of space and the beds are pretty comfortable. over all for the price is a very good choice.

Is not well maintained. it needs better cleaning and a little bit of an update to the tvs and other electronics.

The view. The hot tube was great loved the setup.

I didn't receive the email with the code to get the keys. I had been there over two hrs calling trying to talk to someone and I had to leave messages. So I had to get a hotel until they opened the next day.

location had absolutely beautiful views. easy to get to all venues and food store was close too. the deck was extremely enjoyable especially to watch the bears down below. We loved the log cabin look - absolutely beautiful and bear motif through out the house. truly was a log cabin experience. much appreciated that it was shared for us to enjoy.

A lot of dust all over the house. not all settings worked on hot tub. Living room TV not easy to work. and the smart TV should be in the living room, not bedroom. Pool table was not leveled at all. the living room couches are shot . .could not sit on them too long without getting a back ache. ten towels is not enough. The garbage container should have a locking mechanism so when we put the garbage tightly tied in the container the bears shouldn’t have been able to easily lift the lid and tear apart the garbage and make a mess for us to clean up. we tried to abide by the rules but that one is easy for bear access. lastly - the deck was the best part of the house and the weather was fabulous - suggest putting a gate at the opening coming from the driveway so it’s a little more relaxing to be aware of a bear coming. we watched a bear 30 feet away scare the neighbor above and it easily could have come on the deck. we didn’t eat out on the deck, just coffee . .but if others do, could invite some neighborhood bears for a meal . . .
