"rooms were a bit on the higher priced side for a limited service, but we enjoyed the stay."

Pool and pool hours worked very well for our family. Location was easy to find and in close proximity to restaurants, etc.

Friendliness of the staff. At check-in, the CSR seemed a little off. She eventually answered my questions but just did not seem to be able to smile or add ANY inflection to her answers. She did print off something for me from the computer which I greatly appreciated. Also the breakfast attendant was sharp and slightly rude. In her defense, there seemed to be a lot of people all at once for breakfast.
