"Not up to par"

It took 20 minutes to check in. They had a new hire working and she had no clue. Not her fault. I felt bad for her. It appeared she had no training at all. Why do that to her and the customers? I also asked to change rooms and they were bothered by the request. Why? Just give me a suggest room. I was in a room connected to another room. It was loud. And above me was a family with kids running and jumping until 11:30 at night. Kids do that. But the hotel is cheaply constructed and every jump and stomp was heard at an annoying level. Breakfast was decent.

Was very the staff was great They do need to attend to some of the maintenance. Hand rail In our room was coming off the wall at the top. They cut and sectioned s piece of wallpaper in the bathroom now all the edges are curling up instead of just replace the piece from floor to ceiling.
