Tutto ok con ascensore e Abbastanza vicino al centro e alla metropolitana Si sa che Catania e caotica e bisogna adeguarsi quindi tutto ok

Niente da dire

Ogólnie pokój był czysty i dość komfortowy. Na plus należy zaliczyć nowoczesną klimatyzację, telewizor ze Smart TV oraz przepyszną cukiernię znajdującą się na dole budynku. Lokalizacja również była w miarę dobra.

Niestety dużym rozczarowaniem okazały się śniadania. W ofercie wskazano, że są one wliczone w cenę pobytu, a mieliśmy otrzymać vouchery na śniadania w pobliskim barze. Zamiast tego właściciel zostawił 2 bułki, 3 małe mleka po 200 ml, 3 soczki w kartoniku oraz kilka drobnych przekąsek, uznając to za śniadanie dla dwóch osób na 5 dni pobytu. Jest to całkowicie nieadekwatne do oferty i w mojej ocenie wprowadza gości w błąd. Również duży problem z parkowaniem w opisie wskazane jest, że bezproblemowo można zaparkować w pobliżu noclegu - nic bardziej mylnego a i mandat się przydarzył przez mało intuicyjne oznaczenie, że na tej właśnie ulicy prowadzony jest remont.

Pobyt był ok. Była suszarka, czyste ręczniki. Wystrój w dobrym stanie.

Brak wymiany ręczników na nowe oraz dołożenia papieru toaletowego. Raczej przez 3 dni pobytu brak sprzątania. Klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi nie działała. Koledzy w jednym z pokoi narzekali na brak czystości pościeli.

Easy to book, small but cozy room, you have everything you need. Easy to find, walkable distance to the city center.

It was near Etna streat.

I was really disappointed with the breakfast situation. We had agreed on having breakfast included, only for the host to message us the day before our trip saying that their restaurant would be closed due to the holidays, and that they would leave breakfast in the apartment instead. I pointed out that this wasn't fair, especially since we were staying for 4 days. In the end, they just left some sweets, a few jams, and milk—a very poor selection. To make matters worse, the apartment only has one chair and a tiny table, making it impossible to sit down and enjoy a meal properly with the person you are traveling with.

Posizione che era vicino al centro

Ingresso, pulizia,lavandino che non scendeva l'acqua, doccia che non funzionava getto grande,colazione non come accordi (bar chiuso !!!!), ricevuta tassa soggiorno!! Non pulizia giorno dopo. In più c'era una porta interna chiusa !! (Vedi foto porta marrone)

The location is great, the staff was very communicative and helpful. The room is acceptable for a short holiday (we missed the fresh air/ window, but we were aware of the facility in the room).

Even though the staff was really kind and tried to comfort and compensate us, because the café was temporarily closed, so we didn't have our free choice of eating breakfast which fits with our demands, but as an information frankly, I feel to share with other travellers. We really missed the daily fresh bakery products, as we got a box of chocolates, waffles, biscuits and kind of "supermarket quality advanced packaged" small croissants, 1-1 2dl juices, but it's not even a right quantity of 3 breakfasts for 2 people, especially for a man (expectably should be from everything equally for the 3 days).
