Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem.

Zdecydowanie brak czajnika gdzie można zagotować wodę. Brakowało nam szklanek czy kubków. Dostępny jest jedynie express do kawy. Śniadanie - no cóż to kawa i croissant.

Krásný pokoj s moderním nábytkem a velmi pohodlnou postelí. Připlatili jsme si za pokoj Junior Deluxe, který byl modernější a lépe zařízený, což se rozhodně vyplatilo. Celkový dojem z pokoje byl opravdu skvělý. Velkou výhodou byla také pohodlná dostupnost z hlavní ulice Via Etna a blízkost supermarketu.

Snídaně byly formou poukázek do kavárny (v Itálii zcela běžné). V nedaleké kavárně jsme na osobu dostali jeden croissant (čokoládový, marmeládový nebo vanilkový) a kávu (cappuccino nebo espresso). Nám ale snídaně příliš nechutnaly. Čokoládový croissant byl plněný spíše pudinkem než čokoládou a byl poměrně malý, takže jsme měli brzy znovu hlad.
