It was a self catering property.

The whole stay. The location was not as given in the description. The whole stay was totally miss sold.

The location was far enough out that it wasn't touristy or too busy or loud. The garden is a good size for pets - we had 2 dogs and it suited them well. The parking space was very useful and spacious. The shower was great. The host was very quick to respond when we couldn't get the TV to work.

The whole property smelled of smoke. It wasn't very clean - there was pet hair on the sofa and in other places, the main bed had marks on the sheets, none of the internal doors closed properly, there is no lock on the bathroom door, the dishes weren't properly clean and when we put up the foot rests on the sofa it looked like someone had swept all the living room floor mess under there. The second room's mattress was not comfy - could feel the springs through it. There was a kitchen roll holder but no kitchen roll - little things that made it disappointing.

Location good for Newcastle. Dog friendly. Secure garden for dog. Large driveway for off road parking. Good quality matrness in ftont bedroom.

Old cobwebs/ dust on living room wall / pictures. Mugs, plates, utensils in cupboards dirty. Poor quality matress in back bedroom. No curtain/blind on top stairs window. Rear garden light not working.

Nice size and facilities were ok

The house was lovely and the host was very helpful. The location was good for us because it was close enough to the centre that it didn't take too long to get there and far enough away that it was in a quiet area.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was very nice.

The location of the property was great. Nice little place.

Had to move sofas around to find remote and no Netflix on downstairs TV. The house was overall very well kept and clean but there was some minor cleaning issues. Heating was a little confusing no manual left to work it and the first night was quite cold.
