Service was good, both the property manager and owner were helpful.

Cleanliness of the unit. It was dusty and needed a thorough cleaning. I see that there is construction around but it’s the host responsibility to provide clean property to the guest.

Spacious apartment in a very good location. Apartment was clean and the check in process was smooth

The rooms were so big and yet value for money

The apartment was very adjacent to an another residence so even the slightest noise disturbs the other residents. So rooms might need some sound dampening.

Clean,spacious rooms with kitchen facilities and Mr Jitu is a good cook who can make food as per your requirement with some nominal charges at home stay kitchen which is wonderful

Only two units in a housing block converted as room stay, no lift in 3rd floor is very difficult, door are not properly closed, AC is not working properly, toilet floor slop is not good and water is stack in floor।
