Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property upon request and are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 50 per hour will apply for late check-out until 13:00. Additional linen and towels are available upon request for an additional charge as follows: Bed linen: GBP 15 per bed Towels: GBP 10 per set for up to 2 people If you leave belongings behind, we will do our best to help arrange their return. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 10 is applied to cover postage, packaging, and handling for returning lost items. For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 50 per hour will apply for early check-in from 13:00. We provide a small selection of starter supplies to help you settle in comfortably. Should you require additional items during your stay, guests are welcome to replenish them as needed once the initial supplies are used. Please note that pets are not allowed. Please note that smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking. Please note that parties or events are not allowed. No outdoor music or loud noise past 22:30. If the house is for an event, please contact us first to check for availability. For fire safety reasons, the use of fireworks on site is strictly prohibited. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. A surcharge of GBP 250 per person, per night applies for each additional authorised guest. The primary guest is required to provide a valid ID for verification prior to check-in. Full names of all guests must be submitted before arrival for verification purposes. Guests travelling with children must inform the property before arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
