"Absolutely perfect location, fabulous apartment, and wonderful hosts."

The location of the property is outstanding, right next to the harbour, old town entrance, promenade, with an ice creme parlour, bakery, pharmacy, bike hire and post office 20 steps away. The apartment itself is very large, perfectly furnished, has even a kitchen and dining area, great amenities, including a washing machine, shampoos and soap, and, most importantly, the owners are absolutely kind and caring.

Punat 1 is a fabulous place to stay in Korcula Town and you can't get a better central location. The apartment has everything you need and was extremely clean and exactly as portrayed in the photographs. The owner Niko met us off our ferry which was lovely of him despite our accommodation being only a short walk away. Niko and his wife were very hospitable (we had lovely homemade cake on arrival) and also helped with some local restaurant recommendations. We would definitely go back to Korcula Town and would love to stay at Punat 1 again.

Nothing - would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Amazing stay in the heart of Korcula! Modern and spacious flat nicely decorated with stunning view and close to bars and restaurants. The owners Niko and Asja were the most kind and lovely persons I've ever met while traveling. They made my stay very special and I cannot thank them enough. On the first day, they invited me to see the traditional swords dance Moreška which was taking place in the open theatre close to the apartment. A must see in Korcula :) The days after the hosts spoiled me with home made food and sweeties while having intersting conversation about the history of this wonderful Island. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves people, history, nature, music and wine.

Everything was perfect!
