Tīrs, kompakts, mājīgs dzīvoklis. Izcila atrašanās vieta - tuvu vecpilsētai un arī Telliskivi kvartālam. Tuvu dzelzceļa stacija, tramvajs un autobuss uz dažādiem Tallinas rajoniem, apskates objektiem. Auto var atstāt pagalmā. Ļoti labs ūdens spiediens dušā.

Varētu būt ērtāka dīvāngulta - viena puse diezgan izgulēta, savukārt otra - stingra, bet šķība. Nav kritiski, bet trūkst daži sadzīviski sīkumi, piemēram, trauku dvielis, lai varētu pēc nomazgāšanas noslaucīt un salikt traukus skapī. Noderētu arī mitrumu uzsūcošs paklājiņš pie dušas kabīnes, citādāk grīda vannasistabā slapja pēc mazgāšanās. Noderētu arī nakts lampiņa pie gultas, lai vakarā varētu palasīt.
