Betrug! Wohnung in der Innenstadt gebucht kleines Zimmer außerhalb der Stadt bekommen.

Alles war nicht wie es sein sollte. Urlaub versaut.

Also ich weiß nicht wo die positiven Bewertungen herkommen, aber ich wurde bei der Buchung betrogen. Gebucht war eine Wohnung 60qm in der Innenstadt mit moderner Ausstattung. Von dort wo die Wohnung sein sollte, hat mich der Administrator abgeholt, der angeblich nichts weiß und nur der Übermittler ist und zu einem kleinen Einzimmerappartment mit sehr schlechter Ausstattung außerhalb der Stadt gefahren. Das ist definitiv ein Betrug! Zahlen musste ich trotzdem.

Mir hat alles alles nicht gefallen, da ich nicht das bekommen hatte was ich gebucht habe.

The location was quite center, but also Kutaisi is not a very big city. The house had an elevator.

The communication with the owner / management was terrible. Till the day of arrival we didn't have the correct address (btw , the address on booking.com is not correct); the replies are slow. After they had finally confirmed the address and the check in time, we arrived at the agreed time, however we still didn't have any instructions on how to get into the apartment. We had to wait one hour in the car till the housekeeping lady finishes cleaning, and we get instructions on how to access the apartment. This was very unprofessional and annoying. The floor of the apartment was dirty, there was a smell of smoke, noisy from outside and the neighbors (someone was speaking on the phone at 2am), terrible and uncomfortable bed. I don't suggest this apartment for sure.

Location although was pretty loud it was convenient

The noise, the fact the owner said we were able to leave our belongings in the apartment for the day as our flight was late at night. Then we got back to pick our bags up to find no key to let us back in. Then once we finally entered there was a new man in the apartment who gave us our belongings!!! Very unsafe and we were lucky we received all of our items. Not a great end to our experience

Everything was perfect. The property is just as shown in the pictures. Convenient location, right in the city center with plenty of shops and amenities close by. Excellent communication with the hosts. Unbeatable quality for the price. I'd definitely come back.
