Location is great. Furniture is beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with appliances. Nice new fridge and washer/dryer.

I washed clothes on cold water setting and they were warm when I put them in dryer. Ruined a new shirt. Our room code didn’t open the door or parking deck so we used someone else’s code all week. TV was hard to figure out. Need more silverware. Master shower needs more water pressure.

The condo was clean and very beautiful. Everything was fairly comfortable and views were amazing.

The management was very hard to communicate with. We didnt get texts back at all. After receiving the wrong gate and door code, as well as no instructions for how to get inside main building, we had to rely on good Samaritans to open the doors for us. . We then spent an hour on the emergency number with someone trying to get the door code into the condo reset in 90+ heat. The wifi only worked near the front door and the refrigerator was not cooling. It took maintenance two days to come reset the refrigerator. The beds were comfortable enough but there were no blankets and only a thin top spread. We were cold until going to walmart and buying a blanket. The beach was amazing but beach chairs were not included, which cost us an additional 60$ per day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. No chance we will stay here again.

Easy accessible parking.View A+. Restaurant literally next door and Grilled grouper was excellent!! Don’t have to worry about room keys Jacuzzi was perfect temperature. Close to the Beach. Really private beach area. Walking distance down the beach from State Park and Fishing Pier Elevators smelled good and was super clean!

Off site check in and out. Wrong garage code but was easily worked out.

Fridge icemaker did not work. TV in guest bedroom did not work.

There was no parking passes left in the room for our cars or arm bands for the pool area. Almost hah ours car towed. Thank goodness we had family staying in a house a few doors down so we parked there!

Great location with wonderful views. Loved the large living area and balcony.

We couldn't get the ice maker to work our entire stay. Wished there was a deadbolt lock on the entry door. With small children it would be a great addition. The washer needs cleaning- MOLD. I only washed a couple loads then discovered the moldy issue. I brought everything else home to wash !
